Public Bike Sharing, Kkotsingyi, the winner of the naming contest, is a compound word of Kkotsim(Jeonju spirit) and Singsing (meaning fresh). Why don’t you rend Jeonju’s public bicycles, Kkotsingyi, and enjoy the hidden places along the riverside cherry blossom on spring days?
