Discounts for the disabled, national merit, and silver can be applied for up to one accompanying person.
For the disabled using wheelchair seats, a 50% discount is applied for up to one accompanying person.
For on-site reservation discounts, an ID or other proof of identity will be required.

Jeonju citizen discounts are available only to holders of ID cards stating addresses in Jeonju, student ID cards from schools with addresses in Jeonju, and office workers (business cards, employee ID cards, etc.) with addresses in Jeonju, and discounts are applied up to one accompanying person.

Online (mobile) reservations are available on the official website and mobile application of the JEONJU International Film Festival. Once online (mobile) reservations are finalized, issuing physical tickets will not be necessary, as it will be possible to enter the venue with the ‘mobile ticket’ (captured pictures or images of the mobile tickets are not valid).
All seats on sale are available for online (mobile) reservation. However, tickets not sold out through online reservations can be purchased at the Ticket box during the festival period (if online (mobile) tickets are sold out, on-site purchases will not be possible).
Reservations possible up to two tickets at once per screening.
Pre-sales will be available separately for disabled and group audiences from Monday, April 10 to Thursday and April 20 (refer to ‘Notice’ on the website).

The 24th JEONJU International Film Festival will operate a pre-sales ticket box for Jeonju citizens and 20% of all sales will be available for three days before the general reservation opening (Friday, April 14).
The pre-sales ticket box is also open on Monday, April 17, when the JEONJU Cine Complex is closed.
The pre-sales tickets are only available to those holding ID cards stating addresses in Jeonju, student cards of schools in Jeonju, and office workers (business cards, employee cards, etc.) at workplaces with addresses in Jeonju.
Payments are only accepted by card(credit/debit etc.) at the pre-sales ticket box.
Cancellation after ticket reservation is possible only at the pre-sales ticket box or Ticket Box operated during the festival period. (physical ticket and payment card required)

Cancellation

If canceled on the day of screening, a cancellation fee of KRW 1,000 per case will be charged, and reservations can be canceled only when cancellation fee is paid first.
Even in the case of changing seats or payment methods after making a reservation, the reservation must be canceled and a new reservation should be made, and a cancellation fee will be charged if it is on the day of the screening.
Partial cancellation (reservation of 2 tickets, cancellation of only 1 ticket etc.) is not allowed, and reservations must be made again after canceling all tickets.
Issued tickets can only be canceled at the Ticket Box.

Refund period according to payment method

Card(Credit/Debit)	Cancellation of card approval when reservation is canceled. If canceled after 7 days from the reservation date, it may take over 7 days to request cancellation of approval (up to 2 months)
Mobile Payments	Online cancellation during the month of payment: Cancellation of mobile payment (micropayment) approval Online cancellation during the following month of payment: Refund to the account designated by the buyer after the festival is closed.

When making reservations online (mobile), payment can only be made by credit card or mobile phone payment. (Simple payment such as Samsung Pay, Kakao Pay, Naver Pay is not possible)
At the Ticket Box, you can only pay by card or cash. (Jeonju-Love Gift Voucher [Pig Card] cannot be charged)

Other Precautions

Admission to venues and viewing of screenings is strictly restricted according to viewing level. Minors (under the age of 18), including those in high school, are not allowed to enter the venue or watch screenings even if accompanied by a guardian (parent).
For tickets that have been reserved, physical tickets can be issued at the Ticket Box even after the screening is over.
Issued tickets cannot be reissued for any reason, such as loss or damage.
JEONJU International Film Festival strictly prohibits illegal activities such as counterfeiting or purchasing at an additional cost.
